CHECK-IN:
The room´s payment is made in the moment of the key deliverance.
Our clients may effectuate payments using the following methods:

* Credit Cards: only American Express
* Money (EUR)
Casa Zanzibar only accepts clients with reserves and exceptionaly beyond 20.00h. For this reason Casa Zanzibar asks gently to the clients that inform by phone, fax or mail the foreseen arrival hour.
CHILDREN POLICY
Casa Zanzibar is dedicated to adults. Children until 10 years old may be in parent's rooms where an additional bed will be available. Children with more than 10 years are considered adults and so they have to be in another room and pay the adult's rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At least 48 hous before the arrival's day. In case the client doesn´t appear and has not inform about that 48 hours before the arrival's day, the client has to pay one night's rate.
